Describe a normal day at work with 3 words
Early, engagement, curiosity.
What are you most excited about the coming 6 months at work?
We see a fast, partly even disruptive, change process in the business landscape, and we need to prepare our company for it and drive changes faster than the market. We are planning our participation in WIRE Düsseldorf, next year and also our 120-year anniversary connected with that.
What do you think your colleagues value most about you professionally?
I am good at building and developing customer relations and growing both existing and new business. Also, being energetic and never stop until the goal is reached.
What do you do when you’re not at work?
I like being out in nature, hiking and cycling. Also, I like to build things with my hands around the house and garden. In the summer I like travelling with a camper.
What is most important for your work satisfaction?
When teamwork lead to the desired result - this can be either a new business or when we develop a new product or solution together with our customer. And finally, if our customers are happy. I am not happy until the customer is!
If you could innovate without budget or technical constraints, what ‘impossible’ product would you create with our wire - and why?
A wire with integrated sensor system to be able to follow the spring performance in real time and make predictive maintenance.
